For Coeliacs, vegetarians or people with nut allergies, good news! Justine has recipes for the above that include vegetarian, gluten free and nut free versions. In fact the mincemeat recipe is suitable for all of these! Justine is a coeliac who grew tired of missing out on these treats every Christmas so really does understand dietary requirements! Please order early as the cakes, puddings and mincemeats need to be made in advance to ensure they mature appropriately!
